We called Chris to inspect a new home we were wanting to purchase. As he moved through the house he took time to point out and explain good workmanship or deficiencies he was seeing. He also took photos throughout and compiled a comprehensive report that included the photos he had taken the day of the inspection. This provided us with a visual of the areas that needed attention. His rating system is colour coded and easy to follow. We found Chris to be very personable, professional and the quality of the inspection report he produced was outstanding.
