He jumped in on less than a day's notice to fill in for our other inspector who had been injured on the job. Chris thoroughly reviewed the 1977 townhouse I was considering purchasing (and now own), including review of attic space, all common area buildings and full perimeter examination of the strata and my unit, and provided a detailed yet easily understood report the same day. He was professional and courteous and really knew his subject matter, and even recommended some contractors for renos.
