Fantastic work, highly recommended. I waited 3 months to write the review so I could confirm all the stuff in the report. 3 things stood out that made this a great experience:
1.) The report itself: It was incredible thorough and detailed, with pictures and explanations. It also matched with my experiences with the house so far, no unexpected surprised
2.) Professionalism: Communication was great, very reliable and on time with the inspection. He was more than happy to have my contractor come with him on the inspection, who also spoke very highly of him
3.) He fit me in on short notice, ad got me the report within 24 hrs. He went above and beyond in getting me the information quickly and working around my tight schedule.
