Chris was both efficient and diligent. He identified major ticket items, including a few that were not immediately apparent to us (tree roots covered with soil...). Great follow-up, and a detailed report - gives us a blueprint for the next few years at our new house.

Hi Oren, Glad to hear you were happy with your Burnaby home inspection. The addition of a retaining wall which buries a tree trunk in four feet of soil, possibly causing the tree to rot, is generally beyond what most home purchasers are looking for.
