I had an accepted offer on an older apartment that had a lot of work done and looked great on the surface, but thanks to Chris, we were able to uncover signs of some of the issues with the unit and the building that were waiting to cost me more money. After Chris did his thorough inspection, he took the time to walk me through every issue he found and help me understand just how big or small each problem could be. There were some serious potential problems which led me to eventually make the informed decision to walk away from the deal without removing subjects.
I also really appreciated the follow-up call from Chris a week later to see if I went through with the deal. I am still on the hunt and I will definitely be using Chris again in the future.
Don't make the mistake of buying an apartment an inspection. It could end up saving you more then you can count down the road.
