Blair's expertise and his willingness to share it enabled us to quickly and cost effectively resolve issues with the services and plumbing in our new/old 1911 home. In 2012 he completely re-plumbed our home; he did it on a tight schedule and at a very reasonable cost. He's tied in new services (sewer and water), installed both new and vintage fixtures, and this year he completed the plumbing work required for a new basement laundry. City inspectors commended the quality of his work.
