No qualify work done by this roofer. Shingles over rotten plywood when he was paid to replace the plywood. Shows up when he wants, not when he's scheduled to do the job. Total unprofessional. Roof leaks 6 months after he replaced it and he had 3 opportunities to come by and fix it and he never showed up. Ripped me off, don't let Chris rip you off. Total waste of time & money hiring 204 Roofing. Hired another Roofing company to fix his mess and have filed a complaint with BBB against 204 Roofing.
