I had an accident in my kitchen that damaged some spots in the kitchen tile, i called Owen and he cam to my house and inspected the situation and assured me that he can fix it and that the material he put will never be removed. so he worked for like 4 hours, the result was not good but it was ok, but after two weeks the material that he put started to fade out until it was completely gone and the kitchen floor went back to its damaged situation. I tried to call Owen many times and left voice messages but he never answered my calls!
Very Very bad service do not recommend him to anyone.

Owen is amazing he takes great pride in his work. He knows his craft well and takes the time to educate you the customer before and while he is doing the job. I was nervous before hand due to the nature of the stone that we have but the stone looks unbelievable after Owen finished working on it. A job well done Owen.

I had a very positive experience with this company and its owner Owen. Not only did we receive quality work but more importantly he was reliable.
I had a very stubborn grout and tile issue where there was constant moisture and a serious need for re-caulking. There are many companies that offer restoration service but just as is the risk in many other areas of contracting, reliability is always a concern. Owen demonstrated he was very reliable as he answered our call for this service in relatively short notice and followed up his initial visit to ensure the problems we were experiencing was completely resolved.

Took time to explain the details of the scope of the work and what the price covered did not leave till I was 100% satisfied thank you very much from a older person on a fixed income to get bang for you dollar means a lot

Our office tiles were in very bad shape after 6 years of neglect. Previous attempts were made with different cleaning products without success. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and white Tiles R Us were able to restore the tiles and grout.

Owen did a great job. He worked tirelessly from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. While the original expectation without seeing the current state of the shower stall was 4 hours, he stayed until it was done to perfection. Even went out to Home Depot during traffic time to get the right matching grout using the colour palet. I would highly recommend him. It is rare to find a true, passionate professional willing to work hard to ensure it is done right.

Tiles R Us was able to bring back my shower stall to as new condition. Excellent workmanship. Highly recommended.
