ceramic tiles

Floor Retailers review in Toronto

No result....was here working for two hours..very shoddy.
very expensive. Kept telling him it was dirt he insisted it was the color of the tile...it is not. I keep removing the dirt myself today.
No apology.
I have tried several times times to contact Owen since this review....he has not answered me privately

Client was advised and educated about ceramic tile before the job scheduled date. Glazed ceramic tiles usually comes with design or pattern embedded in them artificially by the manufacturer. These patterns and designs can never be cleaned off as they are part of the beauty of the glazed ceramic tile. Client was advised that those are not dirt but only pattern and designs of the glazed ceramic tile. Glazed ceramic tile does not attract dirt but the grout was dirty,soiled with some whitish looking cleaning products that were not removed properly by the client.Using our extraction machine we were able to restore the grout lines back to brand new and the client paid for the service only to call back few hours later that she is removing dirt off the tiles that we just restored. Why didn't she remove them when I was there at her condo???? In light of her concerns and prior to completing the work, client was advised to have someone else investigate the issue but she threatened to give a bad review.It is unfortunate that sometimes good work and knowledgeable does not get appreciated, but we as with all other clients we aim to provide the best service always and this is what we provided for this client.

Bringing a Travertine floor back to its former glory

Our kitchen which extends into a beautiful sun room has beautiful travertine marble tiles, with a warm, vibrant color.
However in the kitchen area, lots of wear plus most likely the wrong cleaning liquids had made the travertine tiles look dull and in many places the surface was black giving me cause for concern whether the stones were damaged.
Owen spent a day zealously cleaning and polishing until the stones were brought back to their orginal shine. He also provide me with guidance on how to properly maintain the tiles to keep them beautiful.
Owen is very passionate about his work and it shows. I give Owen my highest recommendations and would definitely use him again, whether it is for the travertine floor tiles or my washroom tiles. I know he will not rest until the work done to his own high quality standard.
