Terrible experience. Do not work with them
Reached out to them months ago and had someone come to take measurements at my home. What followed was a completely unprofessional experience where the first I felt with Imran stopped responding and never shared an updated quote. I then spoke with Jason who passed me on to Lisa. We had zoom calls, I shared all my the project details over again. She then passed me onto a different cabinet maker who I went through the same process with. It’s been weeks and I’ve called, left messages and emailed Lisa with no response. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour from all parties. Do not work with them.

Thanks for your feedback. What you were asking us to do we don't do in house. We don't manufacture cabients in house. We referred tou to a 3rd party to connect with for that type of work. We also had mentioned this and also provided you their contact information to connect with them directly. If this is something we did in house it would be completely understandable. However, since we never started or finished any work for you i hope people can understand that it has nothing to do with the quality of our work or our ability. This review should be for the company that was not responsive to your needs in regards to the manufacturing.
