***I give them 4/5 for the quality of crew's work and 0/5 for recommending them to close friends and family
I have been using Landcare for 3 years (this would have been the 4th year). The service was decent aside from missing me 2 times in the cycle last year and made it seem it was my fault because the crew couldn't find parking. They didn't even communicate that they were having this issue but charged me anyway (BTW they could have parked in front of my driveway anytime they wanted). The first time I complained about it and the second time I just let it go because I didn't want to communicate with the always stressed out Lana.
I don't believe I was ever difficult or whiny towards them but I usually got a defensive response for any question I had and always made me feel like they were doing me a favour (except for Ted, he is always pleasant).
This year I wanted to cut down on some of the services I usually sign up for with Landcare such as the spring and fall cleanups and Landcare FIRED me LOL! They said "...Our routes are almost full already, and we have many requests for full service..." I guess they are done doing me the favour of working for me.
However, I was told that "...there are many landscape companies in Toronto that can easily meet [my] requirements!" So thank you Lana for helping me with that! Always a pleasure.
