Our experience with Davel has been nothing short of outstanding. This company demonstrated what true service and quality mean and this was evident throughout the process from start to finish. We originally called a dozen landscape companies of which only 4 called us back. Of those, Tom from Davel stood out. He returned our call promptly, came out to give us some ideas on design, and provided us with multiple quote options based on our budget. The other contractors who called us back we found ourselves chasing them for info and follow up. Furthermore, we cannot stress how patient and accommodating Tom was when dealing with our many questions and changes in design, which was almost on a daily basis. When it came time to do the work, we could tell Davel takes great pride in their workmanship. We saw first hand how meticulous they were to make everything line up perfectly and their suggestions on how to lay out our trees and plants came out better than we had planned. After the job was complete, Tom called us after to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We are so pleased with our experience with Davel that we have referred them to neighbours, friends and family. We truly believe the price that we paid matched the service and quality of work we received. In fact after seeing the finished result, we are now planning on hiring them for additional work that we did not do in the original scope of the project. Thanks to Tom, Dave, and the rest of the Davel crew for making our front and back yards stand out from the rest, it looks amazing! You guys did an incredible job!
