Horrible experience. After numerous delays and excuses, they walked off the job leaving it incomplete and with such shoddy work that we had to hire another contractor to redo much of what they had done at a huge additional cost.

This Merricks guy is a real talker but there is no action behind his words. The job took forever and was never really finished. His crew are rude and really a bunch of "jacks of all trades". Don't waste your time or money!! There are a few people in the Beach who have fallen victim to this guy.

To make a long story short, after promises upon mis-truths upon promises, this guy walked off the job with our money in his pocket....and the job half - assed and half-finished. Much of the work he and his "crew" had done was so shoddy that it had to be re-done A very smooth talker who hired a drunk as a carpenter....be warned!!
