Easily the best managed self-storage facility I have been to. Mike and his team have provided us with a clean, well maintained climate-controlled facility to store our belongings over the last 15 months. They are always ready to help and familiar with each of their tenants. They also offer an array of moving/packing supplies at a great rate. We are more than satisfied with the service we have received.

GOLD star service and facilities. This new and spotless facility is run and owned by a family who take pride in their storage units and treat your belongings as they would treat their own. I have been with them for over one year (two large units). Michael and Anastasia always welcome you and go out of their way to help you. They set a standard that simply cannot be surpassed. Their storage facilities are modern, climate controlled, well lit, easy to get to and into, with state of the art security measures, many different sized units, and the cleanest and most spotless place imaginable. I have and will continue to give Carnforth Self Storage the highest recommendation possible. They are the best.

After comparing with several downtown storage facilities I decided to use Carnforth storage. Reasonably priced and family owned. Michael was friendly and helpful. After describing my contents he suggested a 10 x 13.5 ft locker which was the perfect size. The storage facility is clean, secure and climate controlled and all lockers are on the ground floor providing easy access for my movers.
Access from downtown is easy from DVP to Lawrence. The short drive was worth the savings!
