Tim did a great restretch job in my home today and I learned quite a lot about carpet/carpet maintenance from him at the same time. The carpet in my home got some ripples starting from early this year. I did not know that there is such thing as carpet restretch. I thought I might have to replace the carpet due to bad luck(The carpet is probably 6 years old). I just tried my luck search on line "carpet repair" and found Tim's company with terific review at homestar website. Then I called several other companies which I found from other source. I end up decide give a try with Tim mainly because the good reviews...I am so happy that I made this choice. I can see from the way that Tim works and conversation with him that he loves his job and knowing his stuff. The carpet looks almost like new now after Tim`s work. I just need to have it cleaned by professional before it becomes completely new. Good job, Tim!

We appreciate the feedback, many people are unaware of their options when they have rippled carpet. Repairing the carpet is usually the best and most cost effective way to resolve the issues. I don't think you will miss those ripples!
