Called Tim, he came the next morning. Polite, friendly and capable. Even called to let me know he was late due to traffic which I appreciated as so many just let you wonder if they are actually coming. 5 Stars, great job have already passed his name on to a friend. Tim also did and extra bit I had not mentioned at no extra charge. Refreshing really.

My pet peeve is getting a two or three hour approximation for an appointment. Glad we could help out with your repair and thanks for being so understanding about our 15 minute delay. Enjoy your carpet. :)
