We had ripples in our carpets in the dining room and living room, family room and hallway and bedrooms. Ryan managed to take out the ripples in all the rooms and we are very happy with the result. He worked very professionally and efficiently and explained his work very well. Ryan even helped with moving heavy furniture with the sliders he brought with him.
