Lionel and his team (Robin and Roland) are professionals. They were in our house for about almost 3 weeks, but very courteous, thoughtful and discreet about making the experience minimally disruptive - especially since we are all working from home. Lionel's input on colours was key. We went with bold colours in certain feature rooms as well as a neutral that tied the house together. A bit of a process, but we never felt rushed. His approach was to treat our house as though it were his home. They were very particular about some significant plaster repairs and returned afterwards to get things just right. Our second time entrusting our home to Lionel. Very happy with the result!
