Bnz Interlocking And Design

Domenic did the interlocking stone in my whole backyard. He does great work and is straight to the point. From the time of quote to the work being completed was about a month. I wasn’t even in the country and he sent me photos and videos regularly to keep me updated. I trusted his work and am happy we chose him

We had the BNZ team in to quote our job more than once as the scope changed, and Domenic was accomodating.

We were happy with the end product, and it was completed pretty quickly once we approved the quote, and material could be sourced.

Domenic was accomodating with some changes we made to the plan during install.

I would rehire BNZ for future projects!

Amazing job done. Showed up on time and finished on time. Very happy with the results, did more than asked. Won’t be disappointed. Great addition to the backyard; patio, garden.

The crew did an amazing job. They are very professional, did everything in a timely matter. I now have an amazing patio where I can sit and enjoy a nice cold beer. 10/10 job, will definitely hire them again and refer them to friends and family.

I have seen Dominic's truck in my neighbourhood for years and so he was the first call I made when I needed a new retaining wall at my house. I called him once and he followed up several times and then came to estimate. He immediately understood the work and could see that it was a rush, and since it was a smaller job, was able to fit it in the following week. He worked quickly right along his guys and was done in about two days. He was careful with the work and checked on the details, like the mitred coping stone. The work looks great, there were no surprises and he was professional and easy to deal with. I look forward to having him back next year when we are ready to interlock our driveway.

Dominic and his happy crew did a great job with the patio installation under our raised deck. They were punctual and got the work done very quickly. Dominic was great with addressing our questions and concerns, and he clearly explained the work that was to be done. We are so happy with the patio- it's transformed our backyard!

Had to wait for a bit for the project to get started but understandable given pandemic and weather. Domenic and his crew worked hard and completed the project in short order. We are happy with the finished product and would recommend BNZ.

We commissioned BnZ Interlocking to install stones on our driveway, walkway, and backyard. We also had them install flagstones on our porch and patio. The crew were punctual and finished the job according to schedule. Communication can be frustrating with Domenic at times but we managed to sort things out in the end. Upon completion of the job they did a poor job in cleaning the job site some improvement needed to be made in this area. Overall, they did a satisfactory job. Thanks BnZ for your hard work and effort.

Update:

I have been trying to get a hold of Domenic for the past month. I left him numerous messages and texts. When I got a hold of him through text and he promised to come by and fix the issue but he never full filled his promises.

The problem that I have was the interlocking stones was laid improperly. The grade was slopes towards my foundation causing water to pool against the exterior wall. On heavy rainfall my basement will get wet and we’ve just renovated our basement.

If you’re thinking about hire BnZ Interlocking think twice and do your due diligence. Domenic work is subpar and can’t even get the basic right to divert water away from the foundation. Domenic doesn’t warrant his work and doesn’t care about his clients when the job is finished.
