We had the BNZ team in to quote our job more than once as the scope changed, and Domenic was accomodating.
We were happy with the end product, and it was completed pretty quickly once we approved the quote, and material could be sourced.
Domenic was accomodating with some changes we made to the plan during install.
I would rehire BNZ for future projects!
