We hired Frank to redo our entire deck. He guaranteed that it would not leak. In 2 years it leaked a lot more than previously. We contacted Frank but he said that he would not help us. We had to hire another company to completely redo Frank’s work and pay for it all over again. They said that frank did it completely wrong. frank did not stand behind his work. I would never hire him.
