My wife and I decided to renovate/update our 60 year old two storey home. The project included replacing the entire kitchen, two washrooms, hardwood floors, staircases and railings, windows and doors, upgrading the electrical, removing portions of walls and modifying the main floor to provide one continuous ceiling throughout by eliminating valances, smoothing stuccoed ceilings and lifting areas above doorways and hallways. This work all to be completed while we resided out of town.
DTM Construction had worked on a number of homes on our street and was highly recommended. We visited three of their recently completed
projects - two of them very large renos and one smaller. Alone, we met the owners of each and all of them spoke very highly of the owner, Dan, and of the team. Integrity, reliable, involved, quality, were all words used to describe them and their work.
DTM Construction began work in May 2022 with an estimated finish in September. Throughout the entire project both Dan and every member on the DTM team made themselves available for questions and provided
progress reports and video walkthroughs.
At every visit, we found the site clean and the workmanship, exceptional.
Any issues that did arise, and as expected there were some, were
communicated to us promptly along with suggested work arounds.
We are thrilled with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend
DTM Construction. Within our budget and timeline, they worked to
transform our home with a result far exceeding our expectations. The
DTM team, their workmanship, and that of the trades they used - all top
notch.
