Modern Spray Systems

We are very happy with the work that Modern Spray Systems did in our home. Steven and his crew arrived early and got everything set up quickly. They did a great job, they cleaned up after themselves and they were out of the house in a few hours. Kim in the office was also very helpful, she helped us file our rebate with GreenON, she was very prompt in sending out our receipt and she would get back to us right away if we had any questions. Modern Spray Systems has very competitive prices, we received more product for less money compared to other quotes we received. Modern Spray Systems was recommended to us and I will be sure to recommend them to anyone that is looking at insulating their home.

Spray foamed the cathedral ceiling in my master bedroom Renovation. Guys were on time and very professional and friendly. Above and beyond. Made sure to protect everything from the overspray and cleaned up very nicely after themselves. Efficient as well

In a freshly renovated 100yr old house.

The workers in our house left two doors unlocked. We left them a key for the front door. The other doors they used should've been locked. I understand that the house will be messy once they are done the work, but there was lots of mud caked on our banister, stairs, and walls leading upstairs. The only holes that we were not happy with were the ones done inside our kitchen cupboards. The others were fine.

did a great job , no overspray , cleaned up when they were done , didn’t waste any time , over all good exsperance.
