Replacement of inducer motor for Lennox furnace

An inducer motor of my Lennox furnace broke. I called the company. Sam came with the new one within an hour. He replaced the inducer motor promptly. He was very nice, and in addition he answered all my questions regarding furnace, water heater, and air conditioner.
I am very happy with his work and recommend him for business.
