Sam (technician) was very efficient in his skills. He was able to quickly diagnose what went wrong with our A/C system and was able to explain in detail what needs to be done to fix it.
He was also both accommodating ang kind by being willing to answer our questions and by providing for extra A/C system repair services and yes, "discounts."
