Yesterday we woke up with no hot water from our tankless water heater. Within 5 - 6 hours, the problem was fully solved, as Sam prioritized attention to customer service, kept totally in touch with us as to his schedule and arrived promptly, as promised. He professionally analyzed and assessed the problem, remedied the situation and explained what had gone wrong. We trusted Sam and Homestars and it paid off again....excellent, courteous, knowledgeable service with a friendly touch! We look forward to using this company again for future furnace and a/c maintenance.
