Climax air was the second company I had come and take a look at my tankless water heater. The first company was not very knowledgeable and was trying to learn the system as they went along. I eventually had to cancel the service.
Sam from Climax Air was great. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided recommendations. When dealing with tankless water heaters, it is important to have a qualified technician troubleshoot the problem. Otherwise you are just paying for someone to learn as they go.
I would highly recommend Sam.
