UPDATE: ARS reviewed the situation and refunded the entire cost of the service call.
UPDATE: Sourced another service and the stove is now fixed. I have requested a refund from ARS for the service call that provided no service.
So far completely unsatisfied with this company. Booked and confirmed service call for for a Friday. Thursday evening ARS cancelled and pushed it to the following Wednesday -- two days before Christmas. After some negotiation the folks at ARS found an appointment for Tuesday. Tech arrived. Looked at the stove. Left. Did not even put the stove back together. Said it was impossible to be repaired by Christmas. Called ARS and very uncooperative manager denied they cancelled initial appointment. Completely indifferent to us not having a functioning stove for Christmas. No word on when parts will be sourced and installed. This appears to be some sort of anonymous corporate entity based out of the United States. Indifferent and rude customer 'service' Use ARS Toronto at your peril.
