A complete waste of time and money
I purchased "LG Out of Warranty Support" to repair my dryer on Tuesday and filled out all of the details including the error code, technician was scheduled for Monday the next week.
On Monday got a call that the technician couldn't make it, and they have to reschedule to Wednesday.
On Wednesday the technician came and said that they don't fix that error code.
So after a whole week, two days off work staying at home waiting for the technician, my dryer is still not working and I paid for the privilege the learn that "Ars Repair & Installation" does not deal with my specific error code.
They could have just refused the original support request that contained the error code, but they decided to waste my time and money.
