I am very displeased by the service from ARS. When I called them to look at my broken washing machine I was told that it could be fixed and if the parts ordered could not fix the machine they would take the parts back and refund my money for those parts. What the repair person didn't say was that I only had 30 days to exercise this option. As this was an ongoing situation and they were out on multiple occasions the decision to scrap my machine and get a new one was extended beyond the 30 days. I feel that my options were mis-represented and I am extremely unhappy as the $500.00 that I gave them is now going towards a machine that will be scrapped.

For clarity on service, if we diagnose your unit parts that are ordered have a warranty of 30 days and our labour has a warranty of 90 days.
