Prep and painting a 92 year old unfinished basement
We were preparing our house in Lawrence Park, Toronto for sale. Our unfinished (and decrepit) 92 year old basement was an eyesore, at best. We arranged for Sam and his team to prep and paint the walls and floor of the large basement area. The result was spectacular. The large area was transformed into a "ready to renovate" opportunity. The house sold in six days! Elite Trade Painting did a great job, on time and on budget. They even climbed the ladder outside to touch up some woodwork that I was too afraid to do on my own! A great job by a great team. My wife and I would recommend them to anyone.
