Justin and his Partner, were polite, patient and went beyond, to be helpful. Called for information, they were forth coming in their pricing and service offered. They custom made a cage, for my unwelcome guest, installed it quickly and efficiently. While on my roof, Justin notices I had some flashing and shingles missing. He asked if I still had the flashing and any shingles ? Without being asked, he climbed back on my roof and reinstalled them for me ! Hiring Justin to get rid of a raccoon, turned into a surprisingly pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Justin, his partner and company.

We had a litter of skunks under our shed, but waited until they were weaned and quite independent before we called the 911 pros. Justin and his crew, Kenny and Steve, worked fast and cleanly. They took care of the skunk problem by locking them out of (but not in) their den, and secured the foundation of the shed with strong wire meshing. Also, they removed the remainders of a birds nest under the soffit, and secured it to prevent further attempts to nest there. Kenny and Steve were extremely careful with my plants, and left the site looking neat and clean. Much more reasonable than other companies I had contacted! Lovely people too! I can only recommend them highly.

Had bat in the house and called. Talked to a young man named Justin. He was very helpful and very informative and knowledgeable. Justin shared lots of tips that made me feel more comfortable with trying to deal with the situation.

We had squirrels up in our attic that no other company was willing to go address (we have a 2.5 story Victorian). After months dealing with a couple of no-shows or unwilling companies, Justin from Wildlife pros got up on the roof and sealed up all the entry points. Now the squirrels have been gone for the past 6 months. Justin has been very professional and was very helpful. He kept true to his word in providing the service, also took a bunch of pictures as I was not at the house during the work. Very satisfied about this job.

I had been having an ongoing battle with a couple of skunks who decided to take up residence under our cedar deck. No matter what I tried they were persistent. Finally, I threw in the towel and called Justin and Steve who responded to my call in a timely fashion. They came to see the situation and to give us a reasonable quote. I was impressed by their professionalism and calm demeanour. They also possessed an extensive knowledge about how to control and eradicate the problem. After digging 18 inches down around our rather large deck, a heavy gauge wire mesh was installed and secured. An exit door was also a part of the system so that the animals could leave but be unable to return. I appreciated that Justin and Steve checked with us after the job was completed to ensure that all was well. They did return when a couple of "glitches" were discovered. Patiently they rechecked their work and reinforced the mesh where necessary. We are very pleased with the results and can now breathe easier -minus the skunk odor. We highly recommend Justin and Steve to help you solve any animal related issues you may have. You will be very pleased at the results. As an added bonus, their work has a two year warranty!

We purchased a rural home that came with some "unwanted bat guests" in the attic. Bats were entering the attic through the gap between the outdoor wall and the soffit. Justin and Steve spent many hours caulking the bat entry points and installing bat one-way doors. They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to provide superior customer service. I had some squirrels get into my attic. It was a pleasure working with these professional from the first phone call. Everything was explained very well, including the possibility that it could cost more than the basic fee. For me it turned out the squirrels got in through a roof vent so more work was needed and it did cost a little more. But knowing ahead of time was great. The technicians that come out were very courteous and again explained why the extra work was needed.
