We are very disappointed with this company. We have used them in the past but the quality of their customer service has changed considerably. We booked a dryer vent cleaning two weeks ago. Apparently, the person we booked it with did not book it correctly and we didnt get out date, even though they sent us a confirmation for our appointment. Since we didnt get a reminder email or telephone call, we called the company on the morning of our appointment just to confirm their attendance. Apparently the person who did the booking didnt secure the date. The individual we were speaking with, Geraldine, was not very friendly when we tried to explain what happened to her and we told her when we booked it, it was to secure the coupon they were sent out. She indicated that she would need to speak with her manager to get it all straighten out, so we forwarded a copy of their confirmation email to her. We never heard back from them. That is extremely bad customer service and we will definitely not be using this company again or referring them to anyone we know.
