Asked me for my CC # over the phone before they had seen the job. I gave it to them, my mistake. They called a described what they were thinking of doing without giving me a price, I asked for a price they said they would get back to me. No call. Called back 4 hours later to see if they'd done anything, and they charged my card twice what I was willing to pay for this repair. 4 shingles and a half a tube of caulk. $705!!!! Laughed when I asked for a refund. WOULD NOT RECOMEND.

I felt these guys did a bang up job in less than desirable cold and icy conditions. They answer their phones and got to the job asap. Thank you Roof Doctor!

I called Roof Doctor after shingles were blown down by high winds. They repaired that damage and discovered other shingles improperly installed in the first place (as shown in the photo). They added caulking to resolve that problem temporarily.
I will definitely ask them to return to fix things properly. Their speedy response to my request was greatly appreciated.

I would highly recommend The Roof Doctor. We called the company on Boxing Day needing help with water leaking into our home from the roof. Our phone call was promptly answered and we were told clearly as to the costs involved and the timing of when we could expect them on site. The crew arrived sooner than promised and the problem was quickly assessed and resolved. Not only were they professional and knowledgeable in their trade, they were also decent human beings and provided our toddler a ballon along with 2 coffee mugs for the adults. I highly reccomend this company.

Repaired and replaced missing shingles! The crew got here on the specified time and inspected the problem and did the necessary work without fanfare and professionally!

There was a hole in the roof which resulted in a small leak into the house. David Voortman inspected the roof from outside and fixed the problem. He was very professional and courteous.

David was able to find the source of our leak and source a custom sized skylight immediately. Everything was completed as promised and extra care was given to leave the work area clean. I would recommend The Roof Doctor without hesitation and would gladly call on them again.

Roof inspection, repair and vent replacement which were incorrectly installed by the roofing contractor for a new house.

Repairman came the afternoon we called and completed the job within 3-4 hours. He added a metal protective shield to prevent future damage. He cleaned up following the work as well.

What a shock.., after a storm 1-2 strips of shingles had blown off my home. Roof Doctor only attached the strips and did minor caulking and charged $250 for same day "emergency" visit and $350 to nail 2 strips of shingles back (not replace). I had similar problem on other side of roof recently and another came same day and replaced a few strips of shingles AND reinstalled gutter protection with an entire roof inspection and charged $150.00. How can Roof Doctor justify $600 for half the work the other company did????? I would NEVER recommend this place. I feel so ripped off after dealing with them. Wish I would have read HomeStars before hiring them.
