I had a broken down wooden garage door that stopped working and so I asked the people from The Door Master to come and take a look. I had a service person show up within twenty-four hours.

The technicians from The Door Master were very professional and provided unparalleled attention to details. This team is not the usual amateur garage door repair service. They did a very professional installation of an amazing steel insulated door, completed with a new Liftmaster garage door opener (WiFi connected).

The management of the company followed through with a phone call to ensure that I was happy with the installation. Unbelievable service.

Needless to say, I am very happy with the new door and opener. The product is top of line - you have to experience one of these doors to appreciate how quiet and controlled the opening and closing sequence is. Truly a step above.

I would strongly recommend this company to anyone in the GTA looking to replace their garage door.

My door opener broke at 3:00p.m called them, never thought they would still come out the same day, but they did. Amazing , friendly ,honest , affordable . They address your concerns and explain what you need to know .

After talking to few different companies I got lucky and found the door master ,spoke to the technician and got all the answers I needed ,other companies gave me a crazy amount and they had no idea on what needed to be fixed ,I am so happy the job got done fast the service was spatacular and the estimate I got was definitely affordable ,let's say it was 40/50% less then any other estimate I previously got , definitely will recommend to check them first

The service was quick and friendly. I felt the price was little high.
Overall Satisfied. I would recommend to my friends.

My garage doors would not close. I emailed The Door Master, and had a response in 15 minutes, and call in another 5 minutes from the technician. Ben promptly showed up, explained what was wrong, provided options for the repairs and quickly made the repairs. Great response and better service.

Called on Sunday evening for replacement of broken cable. The Technician - Sahar arrived within 1 hour. He is nice and professional. After checking, it was suggested to replace the rusty spring as well to qualify for the warranty. Sahar had the job done quickly and clean the waste after work. I am satisfied with the quick response and good work. One star off is due to the price. I however understand the premium paid for the speed and warranty. Overall I am happy with the service.

Hire with confidence. Really. Don't think twice about it. Not only was the work done quickly, safely and for a fair price, but Yaniv was so kind to deal with.
