Fix leaking under kitchen sink
Mike referred this job to someone else (Mario/Angelo?) who came, looked at the job and quoted me $440 to do it (cash and no tax). I was desperate because I couldn't do dishes or use the sink and I agreed. That is my fault and I accept responsibility but in hind sight I feel I was taken advantage of. He insisted the pipes were old and needed to be replaced. The kitchen was just renovated in May 2017 so there was no reason to replace the pipes or the sink baskets yet he did. It was a sloppy plumbing job to begin with and needed to be fixed, not replaced. It took him less than an hour. Perhaps they deal differently with a man but as a woman I feel like I was hoodwinked. I have been told since then the job shouldn't have cost me more than $125 - $150. Lesson learned. Always get more than one quote.

I am sorry you feel it was over priced. the material alone was over $125 so if someone told you it would cost $ 150 they are not being honest. I have several reviews and you are the only one that feels over charged. If you need plumbing in the future please ask for Mike C. I will try to help you in the future. I have spoken to my Plumber and said things were not done to code this is why it needed to be re done from scratch.
