Rob dealt with my very annoying roof rat problem quickly and without poisons. I was very concerned about using poison, since I didn't want to risk having a rat die inside our floors or walls. He installed a one way door, trimmed some trees, installed some traps and the problem was solved quite quickly.
He's a really nice guy--a pleasure to chat with. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.
