Very professional,inspected everything from the crawlspace right up to the attic.He gave us lots of aknowlage and suggestions for renovation.Had a great talk with him. and the most important he find surctural defects. and he got some fancy instrument meters, carry general liability and insurance. over all a honest inspector you can trust.
