We began our backyard renovation project by reaching out to half a dozen contractors and Green Masters was the clear winner from the first Zoom call we had with Anthony.
Anthony listened to our ideas, wants and concerns regarding our project and provided us with great design ideas and sound advice. As the project progressed, Anthony was able to pivot and provide creative solutions, always considering our ideas in the process. Anthony always responded timely to our texts, emails and phone calls.
Green Masters is well established and respected in the industry and with various suppliers and we were assisted by Anthony throughout all our decision making needs.
We also had great communication with Attilio, who provided a professional, detailed contract and budget, showing each payment breakdown and modifying when there were change orders. Attilio was also on site throughout the project, along with Green Masters' mascot Gemma!
The Green Masters team were all a pleasure to deal with and very friendly and personable. While Anthony was not on site every day, the team accurately relayed project progress back to him each day, including our feedback. The team ensured that everything was neat and tidy at the end of each day, with machinery and equipment put away and areas cleared and swept.
Our backyard renovation project by Green Masters exceeded our expectations. The fantastic end result is one we will enjoy for many years. We are so pleased, we are already discussing future projects!
