Less them 5 minutes cost me $101.70 not diagnosis the appliance start by herself , the technician couldn't justify his service. I'm very sorry not to follow the manufactures advice.

I had on demand appliance repair technician come by and fix my fridge that wasn't cooling. The tech arrived on time as scheduled and was very friendly. He explained everything in detail before proceeding with the repair. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely use them again.

They identified the part we needed to fix our refrigerator. After 13 days and following up with them they gave me attitude and told me to call the parts company. I emailed them and received a response. This company does not follow up and just takes the service money and doesn't complete the job. Worst experience in repair service

My experience has been absolutely terrible with these guys with regard to my fridge. 3 techs incorrectly told me that they were Subzero authorised . They tried to fix it in 3 visits changed 2 parts ( expensive)and still could not get my ice maker to work it still does not work tI'll date. Have already charged me $550. I called Subzero and then found out that they are not even authorised dealers. Meni and 2 of his techies had told me several times upon being asked directly that they were. Now I cannot even get a hold of them anymore. I have had to get another company to get this fixed and pay him $150 as well, still not got the fridge working .New person he wanted to communicate with Meni to undetstand what they had done but he is not returning the calls. Friends I am in the process of registering a complaint in the better business Bureau for them. I feel you can get your dishwashers repaired by him but do nor let him touch anything else. Even there his work is very careless. These kind of people give the entire industry a bad name. Stay away from them.
