DO NOT use their service!!! I would rate them zero star!!!
We have a Kenmore front load wash with the water not fill problem. And I called up the company and here is what I have experienced with the technician named Flazio-
- Lack of skill. The technician almost took my washer apart and suggested to replace the main control board. The real problem was the screen on the water intake hose was too dirty.
- Over-priced. I was quoted over $400 for the labor only when it only took one technician 10 mins to clean the screen. And I had to prepay 50% before the repair job.
- Dishonest. To convince me the repair cost is worthwhile, I was told by the technician it would cost me $1800 to replace the washer with a brand new one. However when I searched up @ sears.ca, the similar model only costs over $900.
- Unethical. Without getting consensus from me that the problem is fixed, the technician left my house rudely when I questioned and confronted him about the repair cost.
- Poor customer service. I was threatened by the office that if I don’t pay the balance 50% of the payment over the phone, they would send me to the collection agency. Despite the fact that I told them that I am willing to settle the case with a reasonable repair cost.
- What else. They pushed the washer and dryer too close to the wall that the exhaust hose of the dryer was squished. And the hot air can’t get out of the dryer now.
