No problem with the timeliness and the technician was just okay.

I dodged a bullet on cost since the part was unavailable to repair my icemaker. My complaint is this guy that showed up is messy and has the personality of the puddles he left on the floor.

He also was frustrated re attaching the rear access panel and made an arbitrary decision that the panel had too many screws to replace and only replaced 4 and threw the remainder in his tool box.

Would not use them again. They have mediocre diagnostic skills.
