Furnace was making a weird Noise at Dec 26,16 we call this company since we have service contract, Technician was there less then 5MIn diagnosed the problem as a dead motor want 55$ for 5 min of work and left..next day got a 2nd opinion turned out to be broken fan blade which cost 5$. tech did want any more to fix it.- See the difference in service we had a contact and purchased our furnace from Advantage. can you be more dissatisfied with this experience.when i called to complain owner didnt care or offer to refund our money insisted we simply renew our contract - we cancelled it and moved to another company These guys are greedy. don't care about customer, 55$ for a wrong diagnosis's and a I don't care attitude. my suggestion don't use them or call them look elsewhere
