Wonderful! Extremely pleased. We had 2 dirty rugs and Persian Rug Services came to our door to pick them up. Before taking them away, they spent time showing us how our rugs were made.
One, a Persian Rug, was handwoven and the pile tightly knotted. The other, from a chain store, wasn't woven; the pile simply glued on. We were told that the outcome after cleaning may differ.
But, when they brought our rugs back 10 days later as promised, both rugs looked amazing!

I called Persian Rugs for a quote on a rug cleaning and the next morning Mo came to take a look and took it for cleaning. He was very helpful with moving the furniture and folding the rug up, I was rushing as I didn't want to take up too much of his time and he told me to slow down. Nine days later he returned with it and helped replace it and the furniture. I was very happy with their service and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you.

I have been using this rug cleaning service for 15 years. I am very happy all of the time and always refer my friends to use them too! Everyone is very satisfied. He is honest and does an excellent job, his prices are great too.

I'm writing a review for my aunt Gerdi Helmstrict who doesn't have facebook but had such a good experience with Joe that she had asked me to write in as a favour.

She got a 3x6 persian rug cleaned July 27, 2016 and said that Joe was not only very reasonable in what he charged, but she was super impressed with the quality of the cleaning and he was a real pleasure to work with.

She asked that I give Joe the highest rating possible. I personally don't have any persian rugs but if I ever needed his services, nothing is better than word of mouth.

i was gifted and old carpet which had some mould towards the middle of its length.
Joe recommended cutting a strip out of the middle and restitching, basically turning a 5x8 into a 5x7.
After cleaning and doing the repair, the carpet now sits in my living room.

Joe told me the carpet was quite valuable, and gave me a quote to restore it to its original glory. I decided not to do all the work, which was reasonably priced but beyond my present budget. I also appreciated Joe's thoroughness and friendly manner.
