I found the service professional and most importantly, Persian Rug Specialists are real specialists and know what they are talking about when it comes to carpets (explaining, identifying, pointing things out). They come across as loving what they do, more than it being a business.
I'd recommend them to anyone needing cleaning, refringing, repair if you have better carpets that need help!
