My dog had an unfortunate accident on our 8x10 rug. Rolled it up (minus the mess) and took it to Joe to be cleaned and deodorized. Drop off was quick and efficient, the rug was ready when promised and the result was great. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to have their rugs cleaned.
