I had these antique and rather expensive carpets with lots of emotional value to me but they were not in good condition and required not only cleaning but some repairs as well. For years, I chose not to risk and give it for cleaning fearing that some irrepairable damage would occur.
This year, I went to Joe. He was very knowledgable and extremely passionate. Right away, his manners and explainations put my wife and I at ease knowing that we were in good
hands.
After two weeks our carpets were delivered and we couldn't be happier. While this might not be the cheapest deal but for sure in our experience it was the best one. The quality speaks for itself.
