Patrick was awesome, from beginning to end. My house had to go on the market fast, but needed a whole host of issues resolved including a sinking kitchen floor. He and his team made it beautiful! There were a lot of small jobs, to make my house "perfect" for selling and perfect it became! It was so beautiful, it was hard to sell it! It sold in 36 hours, in no small part to Patrick's work.
He is honest, hard-working and trustworthy.
I would not hesitate to recommend Patrick to anyone either needing a small job done, or a large job. Beautiful!
