Called this company for fridge repair as neighbour recommended. The tech, Tes, came out and did a diagnosis and said a new fan was needed and he would order it. A few weeks went by with no further word, so I reached out to ask status of things. A few days later he replied, saying the part was still on order. A month later, I contacted him again asking for the courtesy of a reply so I could find someone else to do the repair. Never heard back. Obviously not counting on repeat business or a good reputation.
