A problem with our reverse osmosis drinking water system led to water in the basement soaking a section of carpet & underpad. Tony arrived promptly & took immediate action to start remediation. He returned the next evening, which was a holiday, to make sure everything was ok, & again the next evening to remove his equipment. Very professional & can be recommended

We had some terrible mold in our washer that had built up from the previous home owners. I called Tony at Restoration 1, and he was able to find a time to come for a visit within a couple days. He was punctual, professional and just a very nice individual. He assessed the mold situation, and was able to remove it that same day. Within an hour, our washer looked brand new. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone looking for help with this problem!

In Nov 2014 I found water/mold underneath my basement stairs, I contacted this company and Tony came out same day to take a look, the repair was done by Tony next day: he removed and bagged all the flooring underneath the stairs and cut away some drywall that needed to be disposed of. A great job done by Tony!

I noticed a smell coming from an old cold cellar in my house, that has never been used. I didn't know what it could be, and being 3 months pregnant, I didn't want to start poking around to find out. Tony came, assessed, quoted and had it cleaned up with in days of my call. He was polite and professional, and very considerate of my young daughter and myself, as well as my pregnancy. Call Restoration 1 for mould we found in son's bedroom. Tony came that evening and explained exactly what he would do to fix the problem. He provided us a fair quote and removed the mould the next morning. He was professional and pleasant to deal with. Even took extra steps to climb onto our roof to identify if that is where the water damage originated.

We had a considerable amount of mold in the attic. Tony took the job of cleaning it up. Even if it was quite hot in the attic he worked through all cleaning up over a time-frame of two days. I am quite pleased with his work.
